1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and jcash ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the jcash platform, including the website, mobile app, games, promotions, and all services provided.

By clicking the "Register" button or accessing any section of the jcash platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Jcash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this document periodically.

2. Account Eligibility

To open and use a jcash account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration.

• No prior jcash account termination due to terms violation.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list.
• Be capable of making independent decisions and not acting under duress from any party.

3. Account Registration and Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 Registration Information

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended and any funds within it frozen pending investigation. You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains current.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jcash carries out strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to anti-money laundering and user protection. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• National Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (if required).
• A selfie holding your identity document (in certain cases).

Fund withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC process has been successfully completed. We commit to processing all KYC documents within 24–48 business hours.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including JCash customer support staff. We will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Jcash supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, multiple e-wallets, and direct bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no additional charges from jcash. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.

Jcash does not accept deposits in the form of cash, cheques, or unlisted payment methods. Every deposit must be made through a financial account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 minutes once all of the following conditions have been met:

• KYC verification has been fully completed.
• No active bonus wagering requirements remaining.
• No ongoing security investigations or reviews on the account.
• Withdrawal amount exceeds the set minimum limit.

Jcash reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any large withdrawal as a security measure. This is to protect your interests and ensure no fraudulent activity has occurred on your account.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

Jcash offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time to registered members. Each promotion has its own specific terms that must be read and understood before claiming. These specific promotion terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses received are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements refer to the minimum total betting amount that must be completed before a bonus or winnings derived from a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement rate is as stated in the terms of each promotion.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• Jcash reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being claimed fraudulently.
• Bonuses have a validity period that must be observed — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Jcash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

6. Game Rules

All games on the jcash platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently certified by accredited international testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Game results displayed by the jcash server are final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is shown on your device and the server records, the server records shall prevail. Internet connectivity disruptions during gameplay do not entitle any claim for a refund of wagered funds.

For Live Casino games, additional rules may apply depending on the game provider. Please refer to the help section within each game for more information on specific rules. jcash is not responsible for any losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules.

Sports Betting is subject to the odds applicable at the time the bet is placed. jcash reserves the right to void any bet if a significant technical error occurs that affects the accuracy of the displayed odds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JCash platform and may result in immediate action taken against your account:

• Multiple account creation: Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Duplicate accounts detected will be terminated and the account balance may be forfeited.
• Use of automated software (bots): The use of any scripts, bots, or automated software to play or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using the jcash platform as a channel for money laundering is a serious offence that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bug exploitation: Exploiting any technical errors or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Payment fraud: Use of unauthorised, stolen, or fraudulent payment methods to make deposits.
• Bonus abuse: Claiming bonuses repeatedly using false information or duplicate accounts.
• Disruption to other users: Any behaviour that disrupts, threatens, or causes discomfort to other users, particularly within the live gaming environment.

8. Account Termination and Closure

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your jcash account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, please ensure you withdraw all valid fund balances from your account. Unclaimed balances remaining after 90 days from the date of the closure request may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by JCash

Jcash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or false information detected.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Request from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Jcash cares about the well-being of our users. If you feel you need a break from playing, you can apply for a temporary self-exclusion (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or a permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section in your account. We will honour this request and ensure your account remains inaccessible for the requested period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jcash is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, temporary technical errors, loss of playing opportunity due to connectivity issues on the user's end, or financial losses from gambling activity.

The jcash platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure 24/7 platform availability with minimal downtime, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.

In cases where jcash is found liable for any claim arising from the use of the platform, our maximum liability is limited to the net deposit amount you made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Jcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in situations requiring immediate changes for security or legal compliance reasons.

The date of the last revision will always be displayed at the top of this document. You are advised to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms governing the use of the jcash platform.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be settled through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Users accessing the jcash platform from outside permitted regions are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. jcash makes no representation that the services offered are lawful or suitable for use in all locations.
